Real Estate Videography

Real estate videography is one of the most effective ways to showcase property at its best, creating an immediate emotional connection with buyers.

My approach to property videography combines cinematic visuals with strategic storytelling, helping listings stand out in competitive markets.

Using multiple camera systems, stabilisation, and aerial (drone) footage where appropriate, I capture the flow, scale, and key features of each property.

The result is polished, engaging video content that increases enquiry rates, improves listing performance, and helps buyers visualise themselves in the space — turning interest into action.

Property walk-around videos

A property walk-around video is an essential tool for showcasing homes in their best light.

By guiding viewers through each room and highlighting key features, these videos give potential buyers a clear sense of layout, space, and flow, far beyond what photos alone can convey.

Professional walk-around property videography combines smooth camera movement, proper lighting, and thoughtful composition to make every room feel welcoming and aspirational.

When paired with aerial shots or detail-focused clips, walk-around videos help listings stand out, increase engagement, and encourage enquiries, turning online interest into genuine buyer action.

Short form property video content

Short-form property video content is designed to capture attention quickly and engage potential buyers on social media, property portals, and mobile devices.

These videos highlight key features, standout rooms, or lifestyle elements in 15–60 seconds, creating a strong first impression. By combining fast-paced editing, clear captions, and dynamic visuals, short-form property videos make listings more memorable and shareable.

Often shot alongside property walk-through style and long form content videos, they’re perfect for generating enquiries, driving traffic to full-length walk-throughs, and increasing brand visibility for estate agents or developers.

When produced professionally, short-form property video content helps properties stand out in crowded markets and encourages viewers to take the next step.

Long form property video content

Long-form property video content provides an in-depth look at a home, often featuring an estate agent or presenter walking viewers through the property while highlighting key features, design details, and lifestyle benefits.

These videos go beyond quick highlights and walk-throughs, offering context about room flow, architectural nuances, and the surrounding area.

By combining detailed commentary, smooth camera work, and optional aerial or feature shots, long-form property videos give buyers a comprehensive understanding of the listing.

Long-form property video builds trust, showcases expertise, and keeps viewers engaged, making them an invaluable tool for higher-value properties and serious buyer consideration.

Aerial property tours

Aerial property film using traditional drones offers a unique perspective, showcasing homes, estates, and land in a way that traditional photography cannot.

Drone videography captures scale, layout, and surrounding context, highlighting key selling points such as gardens, driveways, views, and nearby amenities. It’s particularly effective for coastal, rural, or luxury properties, helping them stand out online and on social media.

By combining smooth aerial footage with ground-level shots, property drone videos provide buyers with a complete understanding of the space. Professionally produced aerial content enhances listings, builds trust, and encourages enquiries, giving properties a clear competitive advantage.

FPV property tours

FPV property tours use First Person View drone technology to create immersive, dynamic walkthroughs that capture a property from angles traditional drones or cameras cannot.

By flying smoothly through rooms, staircases, and outdoor spaces, FPV tours give potential buyers a unique perspective, helping them understand layout, flow, and scale in a way that photos alone cannot achieve. These cinematic, high-energy videos are ideal for modern listings, social media, and luxury properties, combining excitement with clarity.

FPV property tours engage viewers, highlight key features creatively, and make listings more memorable, increasing enquiries and driving interest in every property.

Why work with us?

We specialise in property videography and editing for small to medium-sized estates, developers, and agents across the South West.

To ensure every video genuinely enhances listings and drives engagement, we break the process into clear, structured phases.

Objective:
The first step is to understand the goals of the property video, whether it’s a walk-around, aerial overview, FPV tour, or agent-led presentation,  ensuring it aligns with your marketing and sales objectives.

Shoot:
On the day, we arrive early to set up cameras, drone equipment and any additional lighting required. Following the storyboard, we capture every angle and key feature needed to showcase the property at its best.

Edit:
A first draft is usually delivered within a week, depending on complexity, with revisions included to ensure the final property video highlights the home’s best features and maximises buyer engagement.

Aerial property film safety & compliance

Safety and compliance is at the core of our operations. We hold the CAA A2 CoFC certification, allowing us to operate professionally in both built-up residential/commercial areas and sparsely populated locations.

Slightly different to our ground based film production, prior to taking on any aerial film work we begin with a risk assessment, establish any permissions required and cross reference the area with 'no-fly' zones.

For large-scale or high-spec productions, we offer scalable solutions through our network of CAA GVC-qualified operatives and heavy-lift aircraft
